Carefully turn over slices and circles with a spatula; cook on other side until eggs are set to desired doneness, one to 2 minutes. Top each egg with a toast circle. Serve with catsup, if desired. Walnuts 1 c. mayonnaise 1/2 c. sugar 1/4 c. raspberry vinegar In a skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crisp. Drain on a paper towel-lined plate; cool and crumble. In a salad bowl, combine spinach, strawberries, bacon, onion and walnuts. In a small bowl or pitcher, combine mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar; mix well. Remaining sugar. Freeze dough balls for at least one hour; this step results in crisp edges and gooey centers. Place dough balls on ungreased baking sheets or a pizza stone, one inch apart. Bake at 350 degrees for 14 to 18 minutes, until tops just barely begin to turn golden. Cool on wire racks. Makes about 4 dozen. Mailing cookies to a friend?
